Occasionally you'll find a gem....and there are of course all kinds of exceptions.There is money to be made, but it takes a fair amount of time, effort, and there is of course risk.

Not only that...but within a couple hours add these: Rte 66, 4 Corners, Anastazi Ruins, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam,  Monument Valley, Petrified National Park, Sedona, Railroad Tours, and even a short day trip to Southern Utah.One of the most hidden gem areas in the country.....
