As a Broker I handle all of the investor real estate within our company and act as Director of Operations dealing with tenant and owner issues.   

I went from a marketing director (W2), to real estate agent (1099).

I'm an IT director by day and an investor by night.

The potential job offer according to my VP and director the salary is 55k -60k yearly.

Louis, teaching with field trips and participation in trades, but it doesn't sound like it using materials that include questionable tactics to begin with, like wholesaling.I'm pretty familiar with the non-profit world, as well as "at risk" kids and low income households, the requirements for 501C3 can be met with the "at risk" angle, profits can be paid after earnings for labor contributions, expenses and of course the executive directors salary, but profits cannot go to  members or officers or directors.

The money is there, the studios are there, and aspiring actors and directors and script writers the world over flock to Hollywood.

I would like to introduce myself-I am the marketing director for  a small real estate investment group- I work with a group of like-minded business men who all were coaches and trainers for Rich dad poor dad and have many many years real estate investment backgrounds.

I am well regarded in the Burbank real estate community and served in the local Burbank Realtor Association as Director and later President.

The Group was founded by a former colleague (Brian Amann) who was the former director of Compliance for the Western Region for Ernst &Young while I worked there.
