I will do my due diligence using these tools. 

I have also started to prepare for the real estate salesperson license in Virginia since I seem to believe it is a very helpful tool in assisting the REI process.

It looks like it would be a very useful tool for finding and marketing properties.  

This vacation rental area has exploded - so there are now quite a few cool tools to see what you can expect for rates and occupancy by address or zip code - just do some web surfing and you'll be amazed.    

Hopefully with the right tools and proper understanding of the real estate market i can become a successful home flipper.

He touted  his automated program 'Note Flipper  as the best and fastest tool  to make money without rehabbing, wholesaling, needing to fund, finding buyers etc.

If so what do the contractors do about powering their tools on the construction site?
