The "Pennysaver" is nowhere to be found in Victoria, (although I should call distributor).It seems to me that partnering up with a trustworthy Realtor is the only way to go, paying then a Finders Fee for a lead, and another fee for a COMP (comparison) - and hope that (s)he doesn't scoop up the property before you do.I'm looking for a deal (who isn't) on a residence, and even better if I could use it as a music-yoga studio.After I escape the isolation of this island I can network with a local REI club for more info.Many Thanks.

So as was alluded to above the BRRR refi till you die have NO true equity in real estate camp.. those folks could be in for a wild ride if rents retreat .. or are forced to sell.

@Dan Bowen  At 15,000 sq ft, it looks like it wants to be an corporate event / retreat center, church or some sort of training center. 

The previous owners either used it as a weekend retreat or short term rental but I don't have all the details.

It has become popular as a retreat from urban life and for its proximity to jobs, Toledo Express Airport, nature preserves, and the Turnpike.

The result was still my most beautiful and loved creation to date, which initially was intended to be a retreat and short term rental to support or offset my housing costs back in California.
