I do like now though on our sig blocks we can put our website and then link to our projects but you know those could be fake to I could be faking all my projects.. :)

Hi, we are a small operator with 14 doors and Grasshopper told us we can't send texts anymore because we don't have a website.

Would that be, for example, if the PM says, "I manage a duplex for John Smith in Turlock," then I call John as a reference, ask John a few questions, and then ask John the address of his duplex so I can later look it up on the county website and verify if he is the owner?

As a side note the "Median" rents for the whole country are on a HUD website and is updated every year to the new rent levels, so you can see how your rents compare to the HUD Median rents. 

@Joseph BinkowskiDon’t forget that you can now be qualified as an accredited investor by passing the series 65 exam without any income or net worth requirements.It will cost you around $200 to $300 and will be valid for 2 years (unless you can park your license with a financial advisor firm, then it will last as long as you maintain it).It is not a difficult exam and you should be able to pass it with around 40 hours of self study with a good prep book or website.
