if you are not sure, the Property Appraiser's webpage will tell you which Tax District the taxes are paid into, either City of Dunedin, or un-incorporated Dunedin Fire District area.2. the Property Appraiser's webpage will tell you some of the Building Permits for the property.  

I would read your specific municipality's web page to determine what is included in "municipal fees", or ask the seller if they are coding something else there as well.

I suppose then a 'glossary of terms' and definitions would therefore also lend to a 'key word rich' webpage(s) approach, for better SE indexing... coupled with a KW- based, onsite site search box. ;-) The website(s) with the best EDU (in plain, understandable English... maybe with a Spanish, translator?)

My county has a webpage for the auditor that you can search.
