This is why people don't like renting to friends/family because its human nature to mix emotion into the decision making and that makes dealing with managing the investment messy when things go sideways.

Thats the goal of your overly emotional response is to get people to back down and force admins/moderators or whatever to stop opposing view points thus silencing them.

I am also concerned that when the economy starts to weaken, the more rural areas will get even more challenging.  

Some of these people have emotional issues; some have an inability to comprehend social norms; some are ********, and some think they’re being funny.  

We've posted numerous times that +95% of agents only know how to work with owner-occupied transactions which are mostly emotionally based transactions.So, why are you even bothering contacting these agents?

Try to remove the sideways emotion you're feeling and consider it objectively.

It's really hard to wash out all emotion. 

Their unprocessed emotions can manifest as aggressive behaviors towards others.
