I'm trying to get them to replace the vending machines, also - ours won't reliably dispense the current generation of water bottles and the guests keep asking for water.Our office in suburban Chicago is doing things which are blazing trails in REI education, not just in Renatus.

While not real estate, I spoke to a few friends who said they were seeing returns of 75 percent on vending machine businesses. 

Universities champion them because they’re cash cows for business schools - how do you think they paid for that marble flooring and Starbucks vending machine?  

Just wondering if anyone has come across any APIs that vend of market/housing information?
