Interestingly enough, I came across an article in the Philidelphia Inquirer that raised concerns about the REIT two years ago.

While maybe not the cheapest deal, that person emphasized the learning experience as valuable in getting into a network of lenders, contractors, agents, etc.

I also don't want to show any type of distrust towards her as I feel that she is a valuable asset (if she is what she says she is). 

Every other mistake I made was valuable and part of the journey.
