@Erica L huntA lot of people might say to to Upwork, or other VA specific sites, but there are some issues with that. 1) Those sites have to make money, so you're paying fees to a middleman, increasing the amount of money you have to spend on VAs.2) More important than the 1st point, good VAs with high ratings have a choice of which employer(s) to work for.

There are very experience REI VAs on Upwork, but you still need to guide them and systematize their process so it actually works.I send out postcards.

You can have VAs at once when I looked into it.  

You can find great VAs on UpWork for $3.50/hour+-.

The upside is that I never have to leave my home and I can delegate a lot of the work to VAs.

The other option is using a niche VA site like Virtual Latinos, that specialize in South American VAs which are fluent in Spanish.

How did you go about hiring your VAs in the Philippines? 

Hire VAs to pull data for you, maybe even make phone calls to expired listings, etc.

It'll be your unique voice and message, which is the thing I've struggled with most in the past when hiring VAs to generate content.
