We are harmed when the property is transferred to a weaker borrower and when attorneys actively coach these new property owners...owners we never agreed to work with...to bend the law and draw it out as long as they can.

I'm currently looking into plots that are located close to Big Bend National Park in Texas.

Getting up and down, being on your knees, bending over all day.

I only find myself having to do this in situations where it's an unusual property type or configuration. 

In the unusual event that I have to meet with a tenant not at their residence I choose a public place such as our public library.

The need to purchase 4 points seems unusual and unnecessary.DSCR Loan: These are good for investment properties as they focus on rental income, but $55,500 in fees sounds high.

That would be a very unusual mistake.
