If anything becomes some type of difficulty instead of solving and overcoming that difficulty they look for ways around it, they avoid it and deny the issue applies to them.Being uneducated and uniformed puts people in a position of not having the knowledge to solve a problem, what makes the difference between a professional person and the layman is education and a greater awareness of a subject.

In addition it is my understanding that if the units are uniformed, it usually means that building was designed mostly likely to be an apartment building not some warehouse / old big house turn into an apartment building.

If there were some FAA examiner or inspector was giving advice I certainly wouldn't be tossing in my uniformed thoughts, or suggest he just fly low under the radar and stay at his private landing strip to avoid requirements.
