I've been fortunate to learn from others who freely shared their wisdom, and now, I feel compelled to pay it forward.

@Dan IllesI see this question come up quite a bit.And I see all sorts of answers but little of the “wisdom” makes sense to me.If one was to say, the best time to post is Tuesday at 10AM or Thursday at 2PM.Do they mean Pacific time?

Starting small and building a robust foundation before seeking outside capital seems like sage wisdom, especially in light of the current market climate.

I have.Does a PM check on a tenant that didn't show up for work and find him unconscious and unresponsive and call EMS?

There are thousands and thousands of people with far more experience and wisdom in this industry than I have currently.
