But well yea, it's 99% vacancy to this day.What makes me happy is actually ticket from San Francisco to Kona is only $99-$120 one way, so I can many times work from the island, when it reached 5pm PST in California then I stopped working and jump to the sea and tidepool in front of me.

Most tenants don't really want to talk to their landlord-- when they need to communicate, they would rather email, text or put in a problem ticket.

Go to city building & assessor offices to see what you can dig up about the property, including past permits and inspections, tickets, etc.Make sure you get all tenant contact info and application info at closing.
