Be sure to look at items besides radios too - TNCs (radio modems), power supplies, antennas, rotators, towers, boxes of tubes - especially those the size of a tennis ball or larger - those can be expensive high-power tubes, which we still use in linear (power) amplifiers. 

We don't own any condos or townhomes in our portfolio, but having personally lived in both, they tend to attract no-maintenance types who either have busy professional/personal lives, not enough money to afford to live in a standalone home in the area, looking for included amenities (pools, tennis courts, etc), or don't want/don't know how to fix & maintain anything.

I don't know exact pricing, but I've heard of some champion male alpacas going for over $250,000 (but most from 5k to 40k, depending on the animal, characteristics, demand, etc).

But I found Champions Real Estate Services (CRES) which is a great local company with a handful of offices and approx 200 brokers in king, Snohomish and skagit County.
