I know deals such as this get done all the time, but I seem to have little luck targeting sellers that are motivated enough. 

If you are specifically targeting travel nurses, it will benefit greatly if the home is near a hospital. 

I assume you’re going to have to target just accredited investors as the judge would make you give anyone else their money back.
