I am in talks with a couple people now.

I'm reading another experts book and they talk about how Triple Net leases aren't really the greatest to produce income, and in one of Peters videos I just watched he says investors LOVE triplenet leases.

The connection happened in less than a week of listing but I haven't seen anyone talking about them.

I have talked to a realtor but my message not getting across and don't want to be tied up in a listing contract that goes no where.Does BP have a listing service?

I feel just as uncomfortable cold calling as I do asking someone to have me talk to their friend that owns a house.

I tried to call the number that Bee Setups provided in that letter to try and talk to a Bee Setups rep.
