This question/topic of the next recession is now starting to become a synonym with real estate investing.

I googled the current owner "Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation" Turns out that's a synonym for Freddie Mac.

Gen Y and millennials are synonymous.  

Just to ensure that we're all talking the same language here, I think a lot of people here are focusing on what they believe is ethical and unethical and are assuming that "unethical" is synonymous with "illegal."

But they're sort of synonymous terms, so much so that I didn't even see the difference, especially when you use them in the context of getting paid every month.

Ultimately you have to comfortable with and proud of your name to the extent that it's synonymous with you/your identity.  

The problem is not the electric resistance heating, it's the failure to improve the building envelope.Efficient and affordable are not synonymous.  

Expensive and good aren’t actually synonymous.
