You tow a small trailer with a tiny econo-car (Swift, Geo, Leaf, etc) for running around and the trailer can be towed by the RV to do real hardware store runs for drywall and lumber.

Critical Check Points: Tenant selection - screen and choose well; Lease Up - establish a strong rental agreement and make sure the tenant understands your expectations; First Three Months - like a probationary period, check in more often, most problem tenants reveal themselves within the first three months; Lease Violations - swift follow-up and enforcement; Regular Inspections - frequency will depend on a number of factors, including how well the tenant is fulfilling their responsibilities.

@Jose Terrones 97% of condos and townhouses will not allow AirBnB.Because of your tight budget and limited experience, I will suggest you focus on single-family within and outside 610 Loop.Get yourself a good investor realtor (Investor Agent) and have your pre-approval letter ready so you can be able to move swiftly once you find something that meets your criteria.Goodluck.
