So that leaves me just 13 days for the Home Inspection, Title search, Mortgage approval, Oil Sweep, etc.I have been in touch w/ my mortgage guy and we've gotten things ready with all the pre-approvals and documents.Is it possible to close on such a short time frame?

The edger was MUCH harder for me to use that the drum sander as it's one powerful stinker and you're bending over a lot so it's really hard on the lower back.The trickiest part of the drum sander is not to keep it moving when you reach the end of each sweep of the floor or you'll end up with lots of dips.

@Nicole Adams you will probably not like my advice but:If you truly have no time or money hunker down at your job and work like a dog.If you have no money but a little time stay active on BP, read books and educate yourselfIf you have no money but more time educate yourself, attend REI's to start networking and if you still have free time go to a realtor and offer to sweep the floor or whatever he needs as a volunteer to learn the business.If you have a little money and a little time do NOT spend it on seminars, classes or other "lie to me and make my dream come true" activities.Best of luck.
