Remember swapping cylinders takes maybe two minutes (worse case after you get used to it).We have a pool of tenant keys that get swapped between our units. 

I once swapped out a vanity without realizing that the new vanity was slightly smaller than the one I took out, so the wall had to be patched around the entire thing.

I keep spare units available and do a swap when service is required on a appliance.

Would not mind doing a book swap if you had interest, Just note I do mark up my books as I read through them. 

Interest and vacancy rates continue to remain low (for now) and the common perception seems to be that virtually anyone with some spare cash (or a self directed IRA) can fix, flip, reposition, rehab, swap, wholesale, lease to purchase, buy/hold, etc.

If you are going to keep those cabinets, at least swap the doors and hardware on them so they look modern.

His take had nothing to do with customer service, no I am not thanking him or you for that matter, and unless Evolve is going to swap out my countertops and bedspreads I don't see how the opinion of that ape has anything to do with evolve or customer service. 

@John NguyenI am assuming your 45 day identification period has expired and hence cannot swap property B for another one. 

I will not be renewing their lease and will need to completly update their unit as well (its a little rough).The Plan: Once my tenants lease expires, I will Airbnb the unit I am currently living in and swap sides to renovate it.
