Heck I bought a “four plex” where there was an “owner’s storage area” exactly the same size as the other 4 units. :-). .  

I'm asking because last year I bought an inventory home in Cypress TX that had a $10k discount, however the appraised value of the house came out to be the same as the discounted price :)  

So it is unlikely the $800k-bought house will come close to $400k SEV.

Hi Kelly,I am currently with Equity Trust not by choice since they bought out Midland Trust last year (2023).

I financed the deal with a conventional loan and bought down the rate from 7.75 to 6.25.

May I ask where you bought your first property?
