Mark Forest Tenant parking on lawn
12 September 2014 | 6 replies
I had it in my lease agreement "That  a tenant shall not park their vehicle(s) on the lawn or any other place on the property not designated as a parking area, or their vehicle will be towed at their expense"  and then saw they had a vehicle parked on the lawn or other area when I did a drive by, I'd take out my bright pink "Parking Violation" Sticker, stick it on the window of the car (under the windshield wiper) letting them know that they had 24 hours to remove the vehicle or the car will be towed.

You could also get nice professionally printed cards and then print your own sticker to put on the back, if you want. The reason I do that is that it's kind of common to get lots of business cards at one of these meetings, and then have a hard time remembering what that person *does* when you look at the card later.
Account Closed Finding a tenant seems like pooling teeth

This would reduce sticker shock and your touch time. Not sure if a site is feasible (if you have enough properties to justify) but having a link to a webform where they do the pre-screening as part of the initial contact would reduce your touch time.If you are in a high rental velocity area they may be getting into other places by there time you responding or if they feel it's taking to long they may move on?
