Anyone has a recommendation for affordable yet experience designer to help with few hours of consulting to upgrade the look of   new airbnb?

 I started with Juan Pablo 100% financed and so far it has gone well.

Mainly the panel is in the basement and it would require a ton of work and paying for labor hours + repairs. 

I’ve been dreaming the last few years of starting an event venue, something for weddings, gatherings, etc., preferably with a great outdoor space.

Love the place most of the time (not a fan of Tokyo rush hours trains).

I was more focused on building the portfolio, and it paid off, as I scaled to 50+ rental units in 5 years.I started my own PM when I moved to a different market because I wasn't confident I could find one as good as my previous manager.

My second house was under contract before it was even listed, but the combination of my GC disappearing and having to restart the permitting process for the carport in March right at the start of Corona lock downs dragged that out and eventually feel out of contract.
