Mold remediation is simple - address the source of water, remove stained and/or wet soft surfaces and treat with bleach.

Make sure to note any damage the cat has done as well, including smells/carpet stains/etc... and record this to take out of her deposit. 

You notice a film/staining on the paint after a while.

Carpet gets dyed red and out of fear of paying any fees they refuse to notify you and the stain sets in ruining the carpet .

There was fresh pee on the hardwood floors and stains from what appeared years of pee.  

We also had to replace the fireplace tile and grout because we couldn't get the urine stains off.
