What is a good software to use to keep inspection,rent collection organized Thanks

This company is a scam, they have mediocre software and zero support.

I'm betting most all of these note schools are teaching how to move the asset through a system and facilitate a transaction, how to use a financial calculator or their software.

Coming from a software engineer background myself, I have peers and friends around me that are starting to get into RE (they are afraid of the stock market) and you know how the market is in Bay Area.

Any recommended softwares that can show real-time balances, and transactions for multiple different banks and bank accounts/savings accounts? 

I also want to start doing rent collection via software and apps like Baselane or apartments.com so l'm trying to figure out where to have two separate accounts or can I do everything under one account?

@Audrey Sommer it will be challenging to match what a PMC can do.Example: we post to around 30 websites via syndications via two software programs we pay for and also have a marketing team that manually enters a few.The Zillow Group is probably the easiest for a landlord to use.

I’ve been using a properly management software Hemlane for couple years with no major issues.
