Zero interactions on this portal from what I can tell.

Although those guys had brick and mortar and where very good at what they did ( screwing people)this new crop are just hiding behind social media and their key board. 

@Timothy Franklin look her up on socials and you may be able to get some guidance, but this is playing with fire from where you are at now.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books on this topic, or you can learn about it by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

In Nancy’s opinion, this care model, combined with the social capital of a cohousing community when properly supported with trained staff can result in quality care.

Also, as I love REI I try to focus on that as well and would love to work with some investors in order to share knowledge and learn from each other.Also, I try to provide free content to my followers on my social networks about real estate, but it's everything in Portuguese though... shame :/ Feel free to ask whatever, if I can help, I will.

@Spencer DixonRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.
