I agree, not all felonies are created equal, but having said that the fact that his second one was 5 years ago makes you wonder what it was for and how many times he did not get caught.If it was me, I would hard pass, just to sleep better at night

They're sleeping, on a Zoom call, furious at me, or worse, outright refuse to let me in.I'm a Realtor, investor, and property manager.

She's rarely there and when she is, she's mostly sleeping.

Without knowing more about the location though, if this cabin has direct water views and is able to sleep at least 6 people, a fully renovated version of your cabin could probably pull in at least $600/night in the summer without much effort. 

I don't all sleep well with debt, so I'd pay down debt first.

As far as setting up a place for you to live, if you don't find the vibe in Reno you could look at Carson City so you can easily still work on your properties in Reno and sleep in your own bed plus you are close to all of the outdoor activities at Lake Tahoe.

I don't think he sleeps.

Pretty sure you will be ok either way so I would t lose too much sleep over it.  

This includes subleasing his bedroom while at ucsb and sleeping in his car.  

But if it helps people sleep at night then I guess there is value.
