I know this post is pretty old, but I’m curious about the concept of self managing a condo-tel.

It seems like a really stupid concept to me.Perhpas some with actuall knowledge of how it work could illuniate us.

Now I am in the early stages of development.I am working with a consulting firm to help with a concept plan, engineering, and to get the city to sign off on everything.
