And if no garage then you will want each unit to have a 8x8 or so shed for lawn mowers and such.. unless your land won't have lawns, I've seen that.

After a year of not seeing any cash flow and rent excuses, I terminated them and wanted to shed light on the experience.

I can build the A-frame for $53k in materials and the shed roof cabin for $41k.
