Even if you rent to a female, you have near ZERO control over guestsThe right person is the right person and you screen as best you can to mitigate any risk....but you cant eliminate it...... and guest don't even get screened, so that is totally out of your hands....You could rent to a nice little old lady....seems 100% harmless...... but her dead beat son is a register sexual offender....... cant control his visits.....

I looked into the guy and he was charged with a Class B Felony for sexual offenses with a boy under 14....yikes.

It's like I'm a company selling sexual assault whistles; the more I sell, the lower the crime rate thus leading to less sales!

Discrimination only protects sex, sexuality, race, religion, income, age, national origin, marital status, disability. 

Last year he was on the news - missing and wanted for sexually abusing children! 

In October, Miami-Dade County passed an ordinance that hosts in unincorporated Dade County must sign up for a certificate of use, register for a business tax receipt, screen for sexual offenders and enforce a number of “vacation rental standards” on their guests.  

Of course prospective tenants who are OK with the cameras and view them as deterrents to misbehavior consider the cameras a desirable feature.

This act prohibits discrimination on the basis of the following: RaceColorReligionNational OriginGenderAgeFamilial StatusPhysical Or Mental DisabilityIn some states, this goes even further to include sexual orientation, gender identity, and marital status.

My goal is to someday have enough properties to donate to charities that help Sexual Assault Victims, especially at colleges.
