I must have missed the sentence that stated these improvements are not good...

I read through your blog post and was confused on one sentence where you comparing the difference in waiting vs delayed finance. where does the amount $5,757 come from in the following sentenced pulled from you blog:"ARV: $85,00075%: $63,750HUD: $58,553.36Difference: $5,196.64.

To me everything you said lead me to one conclusion, until the last sentence.

@Aaron Mazzrillo I disagree with the first sentence and agree with the second.

It's a good thing to use if there is little to no equity etc.How to put it together is something that can't be answered in a few sentences or paragraphs.However, if you search you will find the info that you need.

My own father has served a several sentences in prison for drug charges.

I posted that I am looking to purchase a home for cash...Not sure if this is the norm, but my first reply to my post came in today which simply stated:her name.. the addresses of her 2 properties and her email along with the sentence"looking to sell 2 investment properties"Now I'm not sure if this is the norm to get emails like this... which ends up becoming misleading... or is a true lead.I don't want to celebrate this small win of mine just yet.... as I'm not sure if I am missing something here.To be honest, i JUSt started getting into wholesaling and I am looking to test the waters on Craigslist.
