If it is a higher end property I would provide bottled water service for the property but if its not a high end then I would provide a BRITA and have maintenance change the cartridge out every month as part of the maintenance

Then based on @Michael Baum's suggestion, I think I will have my cleaner and/or maintenance person do monthly/quarterly maintenance like using using enzyme based cleaners, grease fighting drain treatments and hot water flushing.

If you decide to pursue this option be sure to EXPLICITLY spell out how the maintenance of the buildings will be handled as these types of facilities tend to be hard on property from my experience.
