At the time of purchase, I knew I might not want to stay indefinitely and at some point to might convert the home to a rental property.

Playing around with my Excel spreadsheet and got to thinking about selling my rental property in the next few months vs waiting until it's paid off in Jun 2027. 

Robin Carriger is the organizer and they usually post notifications here on BP.I've posted other lists here several times and can do so again if you need it and can't find in the search function. 

Lee's organization has made several other pitches for sales since then but I have not spent another penny! 

The same organization has a facebook page and there you find re listings, recommended tradesmen and all sorts of posts.

Could this be considered an unethical practice in any way, given the organization’s non-profit status?

In Pittsburgh it’s the only way to buy rentals haha!
