What is the best overall water metering company you have found when it comes to ease of installation, reliability, and the cost of the equipment and monitoring?

I'm looking to purchase some land in Martinsville, VA from out-of-state, and wanted to know if anyone is able to recommend a reliable property manager that services Martinsville, VA.

Since I am having my prospective tenants cover the cost I would prefer to have the lowest cost option that gives you the most bang for your buck, but at the same time I want to be sure that what I am paying for is reliable.

If I thought for one minute there was a big market for EM deposits and a reliable bevy of potential clients I would be all over funding 7 figures .. but even with all my experience in lending I jsut dont see it  personally and maybe I am blind to it but I close a lot of deals for wholesalers 10 to 20 each and every month for years..

. -- and they find deals that could be good for all of them - and everyone is helping each otherI think BiggerPockets will be a potentially pretty reliable place - I know that there's different roles, "finders", "buyers", "sellers".... maybe I can just find deals, and connect people together, and get some kind of small finder's fee for it, or something.... ok so that first 10-20k is important to just be able to provide - when getting into this....

I would like to know if you can recommend a MF syndicator/ company who has a great track record, honest, reliable, w/ integrity and will have the investors best interest in mind, experienced! 

They'll need fast reliable wifi.

Since you're investing from a distance, I recommend interviewing multiple agents, lenders, property managers, contractors, and other professionals to build a strong and reliable team.
