Agents are there to act as mediators and keep the crazy train on the rails. 

The profit from the timber and small profit from selling the used vehicles and trailer.

What if Tow Truck Tommy bangs up one of the other residents' cars while towing it out of the lot or towing it back to the lot, or damages the towed vehicle????

Most of these house shares are in big cities where renters don't usually have vehicles.

Just wanted to share a lesser known investment vehicle for Commercial / MF. 

Resist that and give yourself some parameters and guard rails before it hits your account. 

.- Commercial lines of credit - CLOC's - simple interest based on rate/365 similar to AIO but the account does not sweep each night there is a min interest monthly payment similar to a HELOC (AIO sweeps daily at 12:01 AM) The strategy can be done with some other vehicles too like personal lines of credit but the problem is personal lines generally have a really high interest rate so I dont recommend using those.
