Also know that in NOLA, its currently illegal to rent short term rentals (the city basically considers these a bed and breakfast lodging).  

Have been joking about having them open a "bed and breakfast".

Selling Meth, converting it to a bed and breakfast, failing to pay taxes, having a fire and not using insurance proceeds to fix it back to the way it was, and a whole bunch of other rules specified in the note, that if violated, can trigger the due on sale clause.

They usually provide a light breakfast (Chik-Fil-A, Jason's Deli kinda stuff) and get to hand out all of their promotional materials to the agents prior to the meeting. 

I love a good breakfast at a B&B - I may have to come up and stay a night.

Also, if anyone that owns property in the area is free for breakfast, I am buying! 

When I have kids I want to be a part of their life every day, go to any event with them, travel the word with them, play with them everyday, wake up and make breakfast for them, come home and make dinner for them and do what we want, when we want.

And fortunately since I'm not in Las Vegas and I'm sitting at home stuffing my face since I skipped breakfast to run downtown this morning, well I've got nothing better to do than to dig through my file cabinets.
