@Nick Coral I am not as familiar with Lewiston's renovation program as Auburn's, but I think it has a specific program for exterior upgrades.

I look at that type of program as an investment the same way others consider University an investment.

I am also considering lower income properties in Danbury, CT, which is near me getting tenants from a local non-profit program as @Bradley Bogdan mentioned.
