Ok to get back on topic - Josh you still have not chimed in.There are many tips, tricks and tools available to us to get our jobs done.I disagree that this will be a game changer.It is highly unlikely that the individuals here that praise this product in this context will have risen to the top someday and when asked how they did it reply "It was the Apple iPad."

Of course, if you disagree that this was a positive change, feel free to discuss that...but don't use this thread to bash other Obama policies that have nothing to do with the original topic.That is like praising a child for tying his shoes when his homework is not done, his room is a mess and he is playing video games.I will even give some more praise for Obama, he wears nice suits!

hellofirst of all i would like to praise you for being a good tenant. second i would advise you not to spend anymore money with regard to the property. you have to understand that the property still belongs to the landlord even if it's you who's been paying for all the upgrades and repairs, it is actually not your responsibility to pay for the repairs.
