Using these parts of local zoning can lead to potential deals.  

I think enough investors are looking to invest in these kinds of properties because of their potential, and with as many property management companies as there are, it makes it that much easier to be an owner.  

Owner occupied loans have allowed us to purchase properties in markets with heavy appreciation, and potential for huge rent increases.

We have honed in on a great property with tons on potential here in Richmond, VA.

So, I'm interested in the Kissimmee Florida area for a potential retirement home.
