I think your biggest issue with any "work-arounds" is going to be your legal liability and holding the proper insurance in case something goes wrong, which I'm going to assume you'd need to be properly licensed in order to be properly covered by insurance.

If the county is just posting the minimum bids and that is what you are seeing, they'll likely sell for a lot more than minimum.

The bottom line is this: Concealment is not asset protection, proper (time consuming and expensive, I know) management, and good, prudent, practices (ditto), WHICH ARE ADHERED TO, and insurance (expensive), are needed for asset protection.
