My goal is 25 doors in 5 years, my struggle right now is deciding to either go back to work and save up money to continue or come up with a way to leverage financing to stay afloat myself and stick with it, waking up everyday 100% dedicated to my real estate.

Now if you have say 75+ doors and the economics make sense, you could hire someone on salary to be your dedicated property manager and specify exactly how you want things done, vendors to use etc. 

Sounds to be like you are seeking retirement advice on a platform that mostly advocates for long term wealth.

My accountant was charging $100 each which I thought was a little high they are very simple if you have an easy platform .

Instead, build a solid bench of 3rd party vendors; HVAC, plumber, handyman, etc..When considering whether or not to make a hire, most of it depends on how many hours you can dedicate to that individual each week, at least when hiring a maintenance tech.

Non stop action taking and never giving up plus always making sure we give our absolute best to clients and always reply never making anyone wait and go to a competitor :)  I have Ads, I have a lot of social media posts and updates on all social media platforms daily. 

Great people, intuitive platform, get their K1s out on time and returns have met expectations...one of the reasons I am invested in two funds at this point as the first investment was really to test the waters and validate I was a good fit.
