My family and girl think I'm behaving like a little kid that says he wants to be a big rap star some day hahaha!

Actually met the other tenant while viewing - who was a girl finishing up grad school and told me she plans to rent through September 2018.

Sorry for the long winded question, but any info you guys/girls have is much appreciated.

Once inside the 2 girls start giving this sob story about being scammed by an agent who rented the house here and show a receipt ( hand written note) trying to prove their bogus story.

@Ericka Grant,We had a similar situation, young girl LOVED the place, signed contract, paid deposit.. then the day after the lease started, she told us her dad did a search, and said there were too many sex offenders nearby, and she wouldn't move in because she was afraid now (she saw it twice in person, no concerns).    

I'm leaning towards paying off my mortgage... help a girl out, BP!!

Being a lifelong city girl, I don't think I would enjoy living in central MA but I could definitely look into it as a place to purchase property that I'm not living in.
