Reminds me of the late 70’s early 80’s when the National Association of Realtors declared that within the next 10 years 50% of the homes sold in the U.S. would be some form of attached housing.  

That real as well as personal property rights isn’t under attach by political forces in the U.S.6.

State exemptions of assets from creditor attachment depend on the state.  

Typically, a seller with a low pride of ownership will be less emotionally attached to their property.

Search the County’s Recorder of Deeds Purpose: To locate liens, deeds, mortgages, and other claims attached to the property.

It seems to have the worst of both worlds.Do you have a ton of other assets that could be attached if sued?

I'm attaching pictures of the front and back lawn (it's pretty much all mud).

I do wish tenant messages would allow attachments for pictures, so sometimes I do find myself texting tenants if pictures are needed.
