It is also my opinion that our city rental inspection department has been especially unfair with out of state investors lately, and is trying to blame everyone except themselves for our deteriorating old housing stock.

So, I don't know how friendly or great those 'landlord friendly' states truly are in reaity when it comes to delays with courts, long lists of cases, sheriffs departments, covid restrictions, bad property managers, etc etc etc.
