Hi Adam,The seller pays the seller commissions and (usually) covers the buyers commissions as well so you shouldn't worry about those fees.The 10% vs 20% I feel like is a personal opinion.

Hi Geoff,In my opinion, keeping your current home as a rental property could be a smart move.

I know there are differing opinions on what number they should get a PMC, I think it depends on how much work you want to do and how much time and effort you want to put into it.
