No matter how obscure it seems, if you become an expert your chances of succeeding go way up. 

I can tell you often this kind of info is kind of like the kids game telephone in that the reason gets passed down from the underwriter to  original LO to the  buyers agent to the listing agent, to your real estate agent etc etc and by the time its get you the real reason is obscured or at least twisted a bit.

It shouldn't have been allowed to be built in the first place if it obscures the view.

Sometimes going through these forums is like reading Jude the Obscure or watching a very special episode of Diff'rent Strokes.

I know of vacation rentals in quite obscure, remote areas without so much as a gas station within 10 miles, that do very well.
