So I believe I can pursue this in September since the judicial council has ended the eviction moratorium so court proceedings of this nature other than covid can proceed.

Due to the nature of the STR property criteria in Cape Coral, it's very rare that a STR could be converted to a successful LTR.

So you will naturally see more of those higher-priced homes in those markets.

Facts, real world results, and human nature can't sway them because their understanding doesn't go any deeper than buzzwords and a conviction that if the whole world just thought like them then all the world's problems would be easily solved.  

If they are not changing their personal lifestyles to adjust to this, not communicating, doing new deals leaving old ones to wither then you know what your dealing with the goal ( human nature i guess) is to keep lifestyle intact at all costs.

Items cannot be stacked against wall prohibiting natural air flow to guard against mold, etc ?? 

Like Tarik and Christine.. or than merril or any of the others. its a natural progression and the HUGE money is made selling the information. to be fair and balanced like Fox news.. there are always a % of folks that come through these trainings that do quite well and the money they spent forced them to take action.. its just the other 90% who spend the money and well never really do anything..
