Good morning all....Your thoughts on sending surveys to your owners (landlords) and to your tenants asking how you are doing as their property manager?

This morning I was quoted the astronomical rate of $325/pile.

I don't know about Memphis but I also invest in Indianapolis and my property taxes went up 17% this year.Another consideration: Nevada has low property tax rates and is a short flight or long drive away.

Essentially someone that isn't hungry to get you into any property, but has your best interest in mind to get you in the right propertyTips / General Comments- Look at inventory first thing every morning- Go and see several properties - don't fall in love with the first one you see, and don't wait until the perfect duplex comes up to have it be the first one you see-understand how much work each property needs.

I did jump to conclusions as my emotions got the best of me when I did not hear back from Lacey.I had the chance to speak with Lacey this morning and also Scott at RTR.Lacey had some family emergencies she was dealing with as a result of the recent hurricanes.
