After buying this house, I partnered with others to invest in a duplex in the Wichita area.At the moment, I’m living in Tennessee, and I’m weighing two options: either selling my house and using the proceeds to buy a duplex in Overland Park or Wichita with my partners, or keeping the house for another 3 years, transferring it to our LLC, and renting out the entire property to maximize its rental potential ( $1400-$1600 ) I currently owe $200k on the property with a 6.5% interest rate, and my monthly payment is between ($1,700-$1800).

You are going to see a lot of wholesalers offering off-market deals there.Beware, even seasoned flippers are having a tough time making flips pencil at the moment.

But like I mentioned in my post, the downside is there could have been people that would have done a two night stay, so we might be losing out on more booking revenue because of that.We're just on Airbnb at the moment.

I’m reading bigger pockets “the multi family millionaire” at the moment for the second time while also listening to the ebook.I’m lookin at Illinois at the moment and hopefully by April(when some of my funds become available ) rates will have lowered and I have a few buildings to make offers on.thanks again,stuart
